1) Gems and Jewelry sold by MTS Jewels and Pearls, upon request from the customer, can be certified by an internationally recognized certification Lab or a well reputed local Lab, with strong credentials - who are known for being meticulous in strictly adhering to the principles needed for certification.
2) Any sales return should be done within 15 days only, from the time of taking delivery of the product and without the product being tampered or damaged. If any certificate was issued with the product, it should be handed over back to MTS Jewels and Pearls, within the aforementioned time.
3) International Sales: MTS Jewels and Pearls is an undertaking of MTS Mercantile Impex which is registered with Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council of India ( https://gjepc.org ) For international sales, MTS Mercantile Impex, will be quoting the price, which includes CIF, for a particular country. Import duty for the respective country will have to be paid by the consignee / purchaser.
